About Shashank
I'm an Investment Banker at Rothschild & Co, covering the Automotive sector, and previously worked at HSBC sector focus being infrastructure. I teach what I use on the job: building DCF, comps, LBO and merger models from scratch, and answering technical questions the way interviewers expect. I work in investment banking and teach financial modeling the way it's actually done on deals. Every class is live and hands-on: you build a full model in Excel from a blank sheet, covering DCF, trading comps, LBO and merger models. I then stress-test you with the technical questions bankers ask in interviews, and tell you exactly where you'd lose marks. Best for MBA students and finance graduates preparing for IB, PE or Corporate Development roles, or anyone who wants to build models with confidence. The first session is a diagnostic, so we start with your weak spots, not a generic syllabus.
