About Daniel

I am a graduate engineering student and have been tutoring for 7 years. I was introduced to healthy, delicious food and cooking by my mother but have expanded my skills and knowledge through other cooking courses. I love sharing what I know and especially the tasty meals at the end of it.

About the lesson

I am a funny guy who loves the attention to detail. I always respond and act according to your questions and wishes. In my courses, I start with the basics of knife handling and ingredient preparation (mise en place :D). I will guide you through every step of the meal and offer alternatives so anyone and any taste is satisfied. I am also very patient and look forward to seeing the delicious meals at the end.
