About Emy
I am 34 years old, Italian mum, diploma in psychology and teaching. Currently managing a cafe and studying holistic therapies. I always enjoyed teaching my own language, both in a technical way with grammar rules and progressive steps, and simple conversations based on specific topics, or intensive last minute lesson before an holiday.

My teaching method is very interactive, I believe that the most you get out of the lesson the most you take away with you, 80% of your learning should be consolidate during the lesson to make it worthy, so that if you are busy and don't have time for homework and practice between lessons, you still own your achievements.
I use material coming from Italian schools and leave it to personal use, as well as newspaper if it's just a conversation lesson using personal interests so that the lesson is more appealing. A lot of writing too as that is a great tool to mark something in your memory.
