Rafa was a really incredible Spanish teacher. It was great to be able to review specific aspects of grammar, walk through the use cases, and then immediately practice the grammar/conjugations with examples. Rafa always made the practice and examples funny or related to aspects in my personal life, which kept the classes engaging throughout (I was never bored). Rafa has an excellent understanding of the Spanish language and is able to teach not only how the grammar works but also explain how it does or doesn’t relate to how we think of words or grammar in English. I would highly recommend Rafa to anybody looking to improve their Spanish!

Rafael always had a unique way to help me learn. He noticed when i needed a new approach to learning, and would adjust his lessons to my learning. So many teachers I have had, would tell me the same way, and I would not learn, but Rafael would adapt and tailor it for me.
He helped me understand Spanish, as well as taught me about the culture. His lessons have elevated my spanish and now I have the confidence to speak. Which for me is the most important. He is amazing, and I recommend to anyone who wants to learn Spanish.
