I have been taking lessons with Antonino for over a year and I have progressed well, having started from zero and just reaching intermediate level. His teaching style is relaxed and builds sensibly from basics to more advanced grammar following the route of most textbooks. He divides the lessons into (as requested by me) partly grammar and partly speaking and listening. He provides examples and information relating to the particular area of interest, and sets homework for consolidation. Antonino makes himself available to answer questions and provide explanation in-between lessons via messaging which is really helpful when I am unsure of something. I thoroughly enjoy each lesson and am pleased I can make myself understood (sort of!) when in Italy.
