About Laura
I’m a highly skilled, experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable teacher with a Bachelor Degree in Foreign Languages, Cultures and Translation in Italian, Spanish, Russian and English. I have a Master's Degree in Philosophy of Language and Language Teaching at Catholic University of Milan. I’ve been teaching and entertaining for many many years in Italy and abroad. My experience started in Moscow where I worked as private tutor and as a language lecturer at PSTGU and MGPU university. Then, I moved back to Milan. Shortly after I graduated from my Master's Degree, I moved to Australia and now New Zealand. Since then, I teach and facilitate beginner, intermediate and advanced Italian, Spanish (and Russian) language classes for Adults, give support in High schools and also initiate Italian and Spanish to children.

My experience with private tuition and kids playgrounds has given me the confidence to work with groups of adults and teens in my stay in Moscow and Perth. A combination of creativity and tolerance is key-part of my lessons, I let the student grow up in their confidence as the time goes, I believe that the more you do to improve, the better you will be able to speak in any second language. Italian and Spanish are for me the main motivation to be a teacher: the first one is one of most beautiful languages ever, the second one is one of the most spoken languages in the world and anyone who speaks Spanish would be able to have a conversation with half of the world population.
