The "Why" Before the "How": Instead of asking students to memorize a formula, I explain the logic behind it. If a student understands why a formula exists, they will never forget how to use it.
Bridging the Language Gap: I use my fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English to ensure no child is left behind. If a concept is hard to grasp in English, I explain it in Telugu to build that "aha!" moment, then translate it back to the academic requirement.
Step-by-Step Debugging: When a student makes a mistake, I don't just provide the correct answer. We go through their work line-by-line to find the "logical bug," helping them develop analytical thinking.
Relatability: I use real-world examples—like calculating discounts during a sale or understanding proportions in a recipe—to make abstract numbers feel real and useful.
