About Himanshu
Hello! I'm a Kathak Visharad with a deep passion for dance and teaching. For me, dance is more than just movement—it's a beautiful way to express emotions, build confidence, improve fitness, and connect with our rich cultural heritage.
Along with my formal training in Kathak, I have experience performing and guiding learners with patience and dedication. I enjoy creating a supportive and motivating environment where every student feels comfortable learning at their own pace, regardless of age or previous experience.
My goal is to make dance accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone. Whether you want to master the basics of Kathak, learn graceful semi-classical movements, enjoy Bollywood choreography, or prepare for a special performance, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals while making every class engaging and rewarding.

My classes are designed to make learning dance enjoyable, structured, and confidence-building. I begin by understanding each student's goals, whether they want to learn Kathak, Bollywood, semi-classical dance, prepare for stage performances, competitions, weddings, or simply stay active and express themselves through dance.
Each session includes a warm-up,a technique practice, rhythm (taal), footwork, body posture, expressions (abhinaya), choreography, and a cool-down. I break down every movement into simple steps, ensuring students learn at their own pace while building strong fundamentals.
As a Kathak Visharad with years of formal training, I focus on both technique and performance quality. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and personalized, helping students gain confidence while enjoying the learning process.
Classes are available for children, teenagers, adults, beginners, and intermediate learners. Whether you are learning dance for fitness, cultural interest, stage performances, or personal growth, I will help you progress with regular practice, constructive feedback, and a positive learning environment.
