About Laura
I am currently selected into a leadership program to transform the Veteran Benefits Administration to lead the change initiative of our Secretary. I continue to teach and learn every day to become the best leader I can possibly be. I taught leadership management courses for Central Texas College and also Basic Leadership Skills courses to senior ranking officials with our military.

Every leader is different and my goal is to hone in what makes you unique. In other words, most people believe they are leaders, but what really defines a true leader?
