About Arjun
My name is Arjun Athwal, with my qualifications I realised how important autonomy is not just in academics, but also LIFE! Which is why I want to change the systemic learning now for our students within our curriculum.
*PERSONAL*
I always loved to teach and grow students, starting with my own siblings to be their guider it’s where i realised learning is NEVER about simply memorising facts.
* ACADEMICS *
During my GCSE’s I achieved Grades 7-8’s thoroughly studying exam boards such as AQA, WJEC & OCR.
I have deepened my understanding of ETS for Year 6 SAT’s to develop my understanding of the learning curriculum.
*CURRENT STATE *
I’m at Featherstone Sixth Form doing 4 subjects, let me tell you it is WORK but it is always rewarding!
*Curriculum i follow*
I will NEVER guess what your child needs, i prepare lessons with industry-leading boards such as White Rose Maths & CGP.
*HOW MY BUSINESS GOES*
If you were to contact me here’s how the process would go:
1. Ask 7 quick question’s regarding address, subjects, age & availability.
2. Meet up and introduce the child to my business, getting to know them on a personal level.
3. Clearly identify key area’s of weakness e.g Algebra, so i focus heavily on that area of Mathematics for example.
4. In the first few free lessons, Go over techniques such as Blurting and critical thinking on questions, ask if that benefits the child.
5. At the end, ask the parents what improvements could be made on my tutoring.

As a new customer, i go by my motto “Feedback Before Transactions”, in the first 2 lessons it’s all on building confidence with your child & knowing the basics of Maths. We’ve recently hired out a Tuition centre so your child can learn in a professional environment.
Our methodology includes giving your child a basic worksheet (like addition & subtraction) before moving onto more advanced forms of learning (like problem solving).
