About Niezy
Hi, my name is Nijwma Rani Borosa. I belong to a very small town of North Eastern parts of India. I have a teaching experience for about a year and I do work as a freelancer make up artist, it's one of my hobby. I'm passionate about reading books and novels. I'm not a native English speaker, however, I've been learning and speaking English throughout my entire lifetime. I'm very calm and I try to be as patient as much as I can. I would love to teach my students English, and I, as a teacher would love them for their culture with respect.

My approaches are mostly practical. My methods include interacting with the students, discussions, feedbacks and paying attention to an individual student and work on his/her weaknesses. I prepare my lesson plans considering the most engaging way with the students. However, I do observe the reaction of the students keeping in mind of their progress and their interests. I encourage struggling students to communicate with one another. I also include methods of explanation, teaching by learning and demonstrations. I try my best to bring about development in their language proficiency and leaning with respect to their culture.
