Jacob is a top-class tutor; he is a very dedicated teacher who clearly goes the extra mile for his students. He is passionate about his tutoring and helping his students achieve their full potential. He is an excellent motivator and encourages confidence by explaining difficult concepts extremely well. He breaks down complex subjects into easier to digest step-by-step methods that are easy to follow. My son found the notes made in lesson a highly valuable revision resource as Jacob annotates all examples with detailed instructions, my son really connected and understands this structured teaching approach. I am also pleased he gives honest feedback and keeps us updated with good communication. I highly recommend him.

Jacob is a fantastic tutor. He has tutored my Year 9 daughter for the past couple of months to support her catching up since lockdown. His online lessons are very well structured and organised, he provides all notes made afterwards in addition to homework. My daughter used to get worried about exams, but she felt a lot more relaxed in her last test. I have noticed a big improvement in her confidence, thank you Jacob! He’s quick to identify those areas requiring improvement using a 'diagnostic test' and then planning for the lessons to ensure these areas are covered. He has a very calm and encouraging manner, my daughter has found his tuition very useful. I would certainly recommend him.

We were really impressed with Jacobs tutoring. Our son moved from a grade D to a grade A in his GCSE mocks in just one term. His grades have improved and he is much more confident. They have set clear and achievable targets leading up to the end of Summer term exams and we were all delighted with the progression resulting in him getting one of the highest scores in the class. Jacob has been a great help to my daughter with her Maths and Physics GCSE work helping her confidence and skills with areas she finds difficult , I would definitely recommend him , he makes the lessons relaxed and interesting and she is learning a lot from the sessions , he is very reliable and although she was worried about having tutoring online but he has made this very easy and relaxed and he is always prepared and tutors the lessons to her specific needs.
