My teaching style is social and inclusive. I like to think I have high empathy which enables me to gauge where any gaps are in ability or knowledge. I then construct bespoke lessons to ensure my lessons target those areas. I structure my lessons using a learning focus or key question as a guide point. I ensure that we go through the content as required, then I interleave practice of key skills into the lessons. I have found this the most effective method and it really gets positive outcomes.
