About Lillian
"Twenty-one years of teaching have provided me with a deep perspective on how language acquisition functions for diverse learners. I have guided over 1000 students toward fluency through my dual identity as an Australian Latin-American educator. This blend of cultures allows me to explain nuances between Latin American and Castilian variants with absolute clarity. My work centers on supporting Year 11 and 12 pupils as they navigate the complexities of VCE and HSC LOTE assessments.
Adult learners preparing for DELE examinations also form a core part of my practice. I rely on my MA and PGCE training to structure effective learning paths for beginners and advanced speakers alike. My goal is to ensure you feel confident moving through Spanish-speaking environments. I enjoy seeing my students gain genuine competence in their travels or academic pursuits.

"A typical session involves immediate immersion in Spanish dialogue. You might begin by role-playing a specific scenario like ordering food in Madrid. I leverage my 13 years of experience to keep our pace brisk and direct.
We alternate between vocabulary building and listening practice. My PGCE training ensures that your exam preparation remains tightly focused. You will practice interview techniques to sharpen your conversational fluency.
I incorporate cultural insights to explain why certain phrases matter. The most enjoyable part is watching your confidence grow as you speak naturally."
