As a Business Administration student at Wilfrid Laurier University—home to one of Canada’s top business programs—I bring both academic strength and real-world focus to my tutoring sessions.
With a strong academic background in accounting, and communication, my tutoring approach is practical, supportive, and personalized to each student’s needs. I focus on helping students understand concepts by breaking them down into real-world examples, especially for subjects Accounting, Microsoft Office, and business-related topics.
A typical lesson begins with a quick check-in to identify what the student is currently working on or struggling with. From there, we set a small, clear goal for the session—whether it's learning a new Excel function, organizing study material, or building a stronger resume. I use visual examples, step-by-step walkthroughs, and interactive practice to make learning both engaging and effective.
What sets me apart is my ability to combine academic tutoring with real-life applications. I don’t just help students pass their courses—I help them build skills they can actually use, whether in future co-ops, job applications, or day-to-day university life. I also offer support in study habits, organization, and confidence-building—things that really matter but aren’t always taught in class.
