About Effimia
I am deeply passionate about both the art and science of architecture. I’ve worked on a variety of projects, from residential to large-scale commercial designs, and I bring this real-world knowledge into my teaching. My approach to architecture blends creativity with precision, ensuring that my students not only understand how to create visually striking designs but also how to make them functional, sustainable, and structurally sound.

My teaching method is student-centered, combining theoretical foundations with practical, hands-on learning. I focus on project-based learning where students engage in real-world architectural challenges, working through the design process from concept to execution. I incorporate multimedia tools, software training, case studies, and peer critique sessions to ensure students understand both the technical and creative aspects of architecture. I also encourage critical thinking and problem-solving by guiding students through research, spatial analysis, and sustainable design principles.
