About Oviya
I am a passionate and experienced Bharatanatyam dancer and teacher with over 10 years of experience in this beautiful classical art form. I have performed in numerous stage programmes and cultural events, gaining valuable performance experience. I am fluent in both English and Tamil, and I enjoy teaching students in a friendly, patient and structured way. My aim is to help every student develop strong Bharatanatyam fundamentals, confidence, rhythm, expressions and graceful movements while appreciating the richness of Indian classical dance.

My classes focus on traditional techniques, basic steps, hand gestures, expressions, rhythm and graceful movements. I aim to create a friendly, supportive and enjoyable learning environment for every student.
