About Kusum
I am a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with strong experience in research, and mentoring students. Over the last 8 years, I have guided learners at different levels- from school children to research scholars. Even during my college days, I was the go-to person for peers: some wanted to learn deeply, while others just needed enough to pass exams, and I enjoyed helping both. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple, clear lessons. I am approachable, patient, and committed to helping students gain confidence, improve performance, and enjoy learning biology.

I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching to their level and pace. My focus is on clarity, step-by-step explanations, and connecting concepts to real-life examples.
In my classes, I use diagrams, analogies, and flowcharts to simplify complex topics. For advanced learners, I include research insights, problem-solving, and exam-oriented discussions.
A typical class begins with a quick recap, followed by a detailed explanation of the topic. I encourage interactive discussion, give practice questions, and end with a clear summary of key points.
As a PhD in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, I make difficult topics like molecular biology, genetics, and biochemistry easy to understand. I am friendly, patient, and flexible to student needs.
