About Kamal
I am Kamal Lochan Sharma, a passionate Fine Arts Instructor based in Guwahati with over 6 years of experience in teaching art to students of all ages. I specialize in watercolors, acrylics, oil painting, and pencil sketching. My goal is to make learning art simple, enjoyable, and personally rewarding. I believe that art is for everyone. My teaching style is friendly, step-by-step, and focused on building each student’s confidence and creativity. I offer personalized guidance to help students develop strong fundamentals and create their own unique artistic style. Before transitioning into fine arts education, I worked in corporate sales and marketing for nearly a decade. My fine arts classes are designed for students of all ages, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills. I offer step-by-step, easy-to-follow lessons in watercolors, acrylics, oil painting, and pencil sketching.
Each class is practical, interactive, and tailored to your individual pace. I focus on building strong fundamentals such as lines, shapes, colors, light, and shadow. Students are encouraged to explore their creativity, ask questions, and develop their own unique style.
I provide personal attention to every student and guide them in preparing for competitions, exhibitions, and portfolio building, if required.
