About George
I have a Doctorate in French language and literature from the Universities of Toronto, Pittsburgh, and the University of Paris France at the Sorbonne. I've taught French classes in evening classes at our local community college for credit and non-credit classes. Non-credit for travelers and business men that a general working knowledge of French to get by.

I am a Francophile and lived in Montmartre when I attended graduate school at the Sorbonne. I also attended cooking classes at Cordon Bleu culinary institute. Teach using the immersion method -- get right into the language with simple dialogues at first then gradually add more vocabulary and grammar.
