About Joël
Hello and welcome !
I have been teaching languages since 2015. I speak French (native), English (intermediate) and Lingala (native). I hold a master's degree in foreign language teaching and ICTE but also a researcher in the use of digital tools in the teaching and learning of foreign languages.
I teach French to non-French-speaking individuals (all levels) and help prepare for the TFE and CLES.
I also have a bac + 5 in business management and another in information systems design. I worked for 4 years for a commercial bank.
This allows me to understand your goals and help you achieve them when learning French for work or French for business.
My method can be summed up in 3 words: learn, practice and autonomy. It helps the learner to learn and practice French but also to become autonomous in their daily learning and practice of French.
Our lessons are built around authentic documents and generally contain a listening session, a pronunciation workshop and a grammar point. The emphasis is on oral discussions to get you talking as much as possible. And depending on the levels and needs, we also offer writing and reading work.

Our courses are aimed at teenagers and adults. They are designed according to the needs and objectives of each of our learners. A first interview with each learner allows us to identify their needs and objectives to then establish the progression of their learning. Conversation and grammar points are practiced around authentic documents used during our lessons (video, radio, newspaper extracts, poster, etc.).
Our methodology aims to develop each of your skills (listening, speaking, writing and writing).
