About Sahava
I’m a passionate German language educator with extensive experience teaching in various settings, from one-on-one lessons to group classes. I’ve also taught students of all levels around the world, adapting my approach to suit diverse learning environments. I also hold two MA degrees and am currently finishing my PhD in History. I’m a published historian, specialising in cultural history. This academic expertise enriches my teaching, providing students with unique cultural insights alongside language skills. Outside of teaching, I love reading, hiking, climbing, yoga, and embroidery—activities that help me relax and stay creative. I enjoy learning new things, encountering new cultures, and connecting with people from all around the world.

Perfect! Sahava tailors her lessons to my level and to my interests. She particularly understands my needs as a PhD student. I have previously felt quite anxious about speaking German, but she is very encouraging and has great techniques to get me speaking with much more confidence. I highly recommend her as a tutor!

Sahava is teaching my son in German lessons. Very engaging, interactive, my 12 year old son likes it a lot. On the technical side I can see a big improvement on grammar and structured thinking. Highly recommend Sahava :)
I've been learning German with Sahava for three months now and she has been great to study with. She helped me build my vocabulary with relevant examples of day to day German and I felt that the pace was ideal for me. Sahava's lessons are easy to follow and her supporting material is engaging and helpful. She is a pleasant and professional teacher and I would recommend her to anyone!
