About Sadaf
Hello! I’m a Counseling Psychologist by profession, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being, self-awareness, and personal growth. With extensive experience working with individuals aged 13 to 50 years, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where people can explore their thoughts, express emotions, understand patterns, and work on behavioral goals they want to improve or master. Currently, I serve as a campus counselor in Mumbai and am associated with multiple online platforms, offering both in-person and virtual support to individuals across India and abroad. ⸻ What I Do: Therapeutic Support & Counseling: • Help clients navigate challenges related to self-esteem, self-confidence, anxiety, stress, fear, procrastination, routine-building, and decision-making • Create a safe space where clients can express emotions, understand their inner world, and work through limiting beliefs or behaviors • Use evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and pace Psychology Education: • Offer academic support and tutoring in psychology for students at the high school and undergraduate level • Simplify complex psychological theories, case studies, and research methodology • Help learners develop critical thinking and apply psychological concepts in real-life contexts ⸻ Experience & Reach: • Worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, both in India and internationally • Experienced in handling emotional and psychological concerns in adolescents, young adults, working professionals, and those going through major life transitions • Skilled in online counseling, making mental health support more accessible and flexible ⸻ My Approach: I believe that healing and growth happen when we’re truly seen and heard.
