I love the fact that Tiana has an easygoing demeanour but she's also very professional. She doesn't do meaningless chit chat and jumps right into whatever exercise I should be doing. I wasn't quite confident at first but she was very encouraging and pointed me to all the useful things I could do to improve my singing skill. I don't feel any stress receiving instructions from her, and I gain so much after each lesson. I felt very satisfied and money well-spent when learning from Tiana. :)
