About Priya
What appeals to me the most about tutoring is the sense of pride I feel when my students grapple with tough grammar, or become more confident speakers. Everyone deserves to succeed, especially when hard work and a proactive attitude are concerned.
At GCSE, I achieved a 9 in both French and German, and at A Level, an A* in French. So, I am very aware of the effective teaching methods and successful revision tactics needed to help a language student quickly excel.

I believe in immersive learning, so all teaching and talking during the lesson will be done in French. It may feel challenging at first, but listening is one of the most effective ways to pick up a language fast!
We’ll follow the relevant GCSE or A Level syllabus, making use of power-points, worksheets and interactive exercises — analysing songs and books, watching films (and the news!)
This targets students’ reading, writing, listening and speaking skills to match the standard required in the exam.
