About Pieter
I am a professional photographer, specialized in portrait and travel photography. I teach at your level and follow your pace and learning goals, whether you are a beginner who wants to master the basics (ISO, aperture, shutter speed, manual mode, composition, ...) or a passionate hobby photographer with an interest in advanced techniques (post-processing in Lightroom/Photoshop, flash setups in the studio, speedlight flash on location, working with natural light, working with models, ...).

Learning should not only be useful, but also a pleasant experience. That is why I listen very carefully to what you - the student - want to achieve or improve. You can take classes with me on specific subjects, but I also work Q&A style: you tell me what you want to know or learn, I explain it in a way that matches your photography experience. Clearly, calmly and with patience. And especially not too scholarly; photography is a hobby for most and should remain fun!
