About Benjamin
With 14 years of tutoring experience, I am deeply passionate about sharing the joy of music with my students. Over the years, I've had the privilege of teaching more than 300 high school and college students, guiding them through their piano learning journey. My approach is focused on nurturing each student's unique abilities, whether they are beginners or preparing for advanced levels. One of my proudest milestones is seeing many of my students perform confidently in school and college recitals, some even pursuing music professionally. I believe in the power of education to transform lives, and my goal is to inspire my students not just to play piano, but to truly connect with the music. Every lesson is an opportunity to build confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for music. As a tutor, I am committed to creating a positive, supportive environment where students can reach their full potential.

My teaching methodology is centred around flexibility, motivation, and cultural sensitivity. I adapt my lessons to suit each student’s individual learning style and goals, whether they are beginners or advanced players. I use a variety of musical genres such as Classical, Jazz, Pop, Soul, and R&B to keep lessons exciting and to help students explore different styles. I also focus on building motivation by setting achievable goals and celebrating progress. Beyond piano, I offer additional lessons in music theory and ear training to strengthen your overall musical understanding. My aim is to create a supportive and inspiring environment where students develop a true passion for music.
