About Sziszi
Hi!
I'm Sziszi, I just moved to Dublin to pursue my Master’s degree in Public Relations and I have a degree in Journalism and Editorial Studies. Next to studying, I always loved to teach. I helped people learning Hungarian, English and History, so we can say that tutoring had a big impact on my studies.
I spent 24 years living in Budapest, so I know Hungarian life and culture from the inside, and I love sharing not just the language, but also the stories and traditions that make it unique.
I’m outgoing by nature, and I enjoy bringing lessons to life with practical examples, discussions about culture, food, music, and life in Hungary. My goal is to help students not only learn Hungarian, but truly fall in love with it, I’d be thrilled to guide you on your journey to learning Hungarian!

I’m a native Hungarian speaker and a journalism graduate, so I have a strong command of language, writing, and communication. I’ve done tutoring previously and I focus on making the lessons practical, enjoyable, and tailored to each student.
When it comes to Hungarian, I like to combine conversation practice with simple explanations of grammar and vocabulary, so you can start using the language from day one. I also adapt to your goals, whether it’s learning basic phrases for travel, slang, survival phrases, or just getting to know the Hungarian culture.
Typically, my lessons are 60 minutes long, but I’m flexible if you prefer shorter or longer sessions. I teach all levels, mostly adults or young adults, expats, or anyone curious about Hungarian. I’m not a formal teacher, but I’d love to help you learn real Hungarian in a friendly, practical way.
