About Angela Victoria

Hello, my name is Angela Victoria! And I am an expert in Linguistics! I am also an educator with a degree in Spanish Language and Universal Literature. I am a Spanish native speaker who speaks also Portuguese and English. I understand Italian, too. I have lived in several Latin American countries, as well as in Spain and United States, all those moments lived offer me a vast and solid experience in the knowledge of Hispanic culture, but also a huge knowledge and sensibility about other cultures, as well as its lexicon and general or regional customs. As a Spanish specialist, I have been teaching in many countries in the most diverse settings: teaching individual private lessons or in large or small groups; face-to-face or Online learning environments. My teaching style is modern, fun, creative and innovative. I want you to know that I am very flexible too always looking to respond to the demands of each of my students. For me, each student is special. I like that we are good friends: friends who talk, learn and enjoy while discussing, analyzing or reading interesting and current scientific topics, as well as technological, political, cultural topics, etc. I have had great success helping and training executives from different backgrounds. In my work with my students, I emphasize critical thinking and apply real-world examples to engage students, this has always yielded positive results in all of their learning. Now I offer you my passion and my experience, I can guarantee your success in whatever your goal is when learning Spanish. In our classes, we will cover all types of topics adapted exactly to your needs, for example: preparing you for specific exams or official Spanish exams, as well as preparing you to speak fluently and confidently about the most diverse current topics such as politics, science, culture. . , trips, etc. I will also take you to Hispanic paradise so you can learn basic aspects of Spanish culture and heritage. But also if you are a perfectionist and want to eliminate your accent, I will accompany you to achieve that goal towards perfect pronunciation and fluency. In my positions as an Online Spanish Teacher, I developed highly effective lesson plans, motivational exercises, and effective techniques that promote the interest and perseverance of my students. I have a natural ability to engage students and make each one feel like they are the only one in the room when necessary. I am sure that my experience in Education and Linguistics and my performance in teaching Spanish will allow you to learn Spanish in a short time and with perfection! I hope to see you soon! A hug, Angela Victoria

About the lesson

Hola!, Como estas? / Hello! How are you? / Oi, tudo bom? Please let me tell you a little about my lessons! The design of my courses will allow you to learn Spanish naturally, just like you learned your native language. At my side, all my students, from their first lessons, have been able to describe their own experiences in present, past or future. I'll show you how we can do it! My courses follow a well-organized and personalized lesson plan tailor-made just for you, that includes all the components of the language: vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and reading. My lessons are designed to move away from the rigid and traditional structure presented by most of the books used to learn the Spanish language. My Teaching Materials are: - PDF Files Created by Myself. (Based on my experience I have designed handouts to use in an easy way with my students taking account what my students need in each occasion) -Charts for verbs and tenses, also for learning in an easy way the differences between SER and ESTAR, for Prepositions, for Comparisons, etc. -Presentations/Slides -Text Documents -Readings (Different readings, carefully selected for levels, according to grammar topic that the student needs at a specific point) - Selected songs for learning conjugation and tenses - Videos - Images files for Vocabulary - News and articles for discussion about different or actual topics - PDF Exercises for Homework and Drills - Quizzes But, if you are a person that prefers to work with a book for your lessons, I will select, professionally, the most appropriate book to achieve your goal! Topics that may interest you whether to learn, improve, achieve, fix, or prepare in Spanish Language: -Vocabulary Development -Speaking and Communication Practices -Pronunciation and Phonetics -Grammar Development -Reading and Comprehension -Listening Comprehension - Spanish for Business - Spanish for Specific Purposes: Healthcare Providers, Travel, Business, Preparation for a Test, etc. - Preparation for Oral Presentations, Interviews and more! If one of these topics is your goal, I am here to teach you! In our adventure to learn Spanish, I guarantee that, if you follow my instruction, advice and recommendations, you will learn the language in a natural and playful way, with the aim of achieving the greatest possible fluency in a few months without effort. My goal always is to achieve your goals. Remember, we will work mainly with audios, songs, conversations, materials from the internet, but also with exercises tailored and designed by me for your needs or selected books for learning Spanish. We will work on grammatical aspects, of course!!!, but in a dynamic, real and practical way, for example, we will learn them linked to readings of interest to you. All selected handouts and materials will be shared with you and all the activities and materials will be carefully selected to meet your particular learning needs. With my expertise, experience and knowledge, you can easily integrate all the learning content into your daily life. This will be your passport to short and long-term learning success!!! If now, you are thinking that I can fill your expectation in the learning Spanish journey, please, do not hesitate to contact me. Let's do our free trial lesson today! I hope to see you soon! Angela Victoria

Angela was recommended to me 2 years ago and has been a fantastic teacher ever since. She is a highly educated, professional teacher that tailors the classes exactly to my needs and level of progress. She always finds ways to keep me engaged and mixes different exercises such as conversation, grammar or reading very well. But most importantly she is a very empathetic person with a very positive attitude. I highly recommend her.
