About Rubiano

¡Hola! My name is Maria, I’m a native Spanish speaker from Colombia currently living in Sydney. I hold a degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing. I’ve always had a passion for helping others learn and grow, and during university, I tutored students in different subjects, which gave me valuable teaching experience. I’m professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping my students succeed. I understand the challenges of learning a new language because I’m also improving my English here in Australia. This allows me to connect with students on a deeper level and create a safe, supportive learning environment. You can feel confident that I will guide you step by step with care, structure, and positive energy. Whether you want to improve your speaking skills, understand grammar, or explore Latin American culture, I’m here to support your journey!

About the lesson

My lessons are dynamic, friendly, and fully tailored to each student's goals and interests. I focus on creating a comfortable space where you can speak with confidence, learn naturally, and enjoy the process. I combine conversation, grammar, vocabulary-building, pronunciation practice, and real-life examples from Latin American culture.

Lessons are typically 1 hour long and are ideal for students of all ages. Whether you're learning Spanish for travel, school, business, or simply for fun, I will adjust the content to suit your needs and learning style.
I’m a native Spanish speaker from Colombia with a background in Business Administration and Marketing. During my university studies, I also tutored fellow students in various academic subjects, which helped me develop strong communication and teaching skills. This experience taught me how to explain concepts clearly, support different learning styles, and stay patient and encouraging.

If you're looking for engaging, supportive, and practical Spanish lessons — especially with a focus on real-world use and confidence-building — I’d love to help you reach your goals. Let's learn together!
