About Mohammad
My name is Mohammad, and I am a national MMA fighter with more than 12 years of training and competition experience. I have fought in many MMA and combat sports bouts, giving me real knowledge of what works inside the cage. My goal as a coach is to share that experience with students in a way that builds confidence, discipline, and strength. I take pride in being professional, patient, and supportive, whether you are just starting your journey or preparing for competition.

As a national MMA fighter with over 12 years of experience, I will bring real fighter knowledge into every session. My teaching method combines technical drills, conditioning, and strategy, while also focusing on discipline and mindset. A typical lesson includes warm-ups, technical breakdowns in striking and/or grappling, situational drills, and goal-based sparring or conditioning. What sets me apart is that I’ve not only trained but also competed at a high level, so I know what works in real situations. My lessons are for all levels—from beginners wanting to build confidence and fitness, to advanced students preparing for competition. Every class is tailored to the student’s personal goals, ensuring progress both physically and mentally.
