About Leo
I’m a passionate calisthenics coach dedicated to helping people unlock their full potential through bodyweight training. I was able to achieve my current set of skills (straddle planche, front-lever, 90 degree handstand push ups, muscle ups) within 6 months of training as well as achieving 1st at the Scottish regionals pro statics. I’ve developed a structured and results-driven approach that combines strength, mobility, and skill work to help students achieve their goals — whether that’s mastering their first pull-up or perfecting an advanced move like the planche or muscle-up. My coaching philosophy is built on progression, patience, and precision. Every student receives a personalised training plan tailored to their level, goals, and lifestyle. I guide you step by step through each progression, ensuring correct form, injury prevention, and consistent progress. With hands-on experience performing and teaching advanced skills such as the planche, front lever, muscle-up, and handstand, I understand the challenges you’ll face and how to overcome them effectively. I provide weekly check-ins, detailed feedback, and continuous support to keep you motivated and accountable.

My lessons are focused on mastering calisthenics through a structured, progressive approach. I break each skill (from pull-ups to planche or muscle-ups) into manageable progressions tailored to your current level. Every session combines strength, mobility, and technique work to build solid foundations before advancing to complex movements. I use video analysis, form correction, and mobility drills to ensure safe and efficient progress. Typical Lesson Structure: Each 1-to-1 lesson lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the focus. Sessions include: Warm-up and mobility work Skill progressions and technique drills Strength and conditioning exercises Cooldown and feedback discussion You’ll also receive a personalised training plan to follow between sessions, with weekly update calls to review progress, make adjustments, and answer any questions. I’ve personally trained and achieved advanced skills such as the planche, front lever, muscle-up, and handstand, and I use proven progression methods that have helped both myself and my students gain strength, control, and confidence. Through this I have won 1st in Scottish pro regionals in statics skills. My coaching is open to all levels 18+ — from complete beginners who want to master their first pull-up or push-up, to advanced athletes looking to achieve elite-level skills like the planche or front lever. Every programme is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and schedule.
