About Arif
Learn to Swim from Zero to Mastery
I am proficient in freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly strokes. I have experience teaching swimming during my college years (2009-2011) and while working at a plantation company in Lampung (2013-2017). I have trained both children and adults to achieve swimming proficiency and prepare for entry into cadet schools.

My teaching approach emphasizes safety and enjoyment, starting with building confidence in the water. Each session is designed to help participants gradually master swimming techniques:
Water Safety Basics: Introduce participants to the pool environment and build comfort in the water.
Breathing Techniques: Train proper breathing techniques while swimming to improve efficiency and comfort.
Stroke Mastery: Focus on mastering freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly strokes. Each session emphasizes the correct techniques and movements for each stroke.
Feedback and Evaluation: Provide direct feedback and conduct periodic evaluations of participants’ progress.
Course Duration
The course duration varies depending on the participant's skill level and goals, with the following options:
Beginner Course: 8 sessions, each 60 minutes.
Intermediate Course: 6 sessions, each 60 minutes.
Advanced Course: 4 sessions, each 60 minutes.
Intensive Program for Competitions: Duration depended to participants' needs.
Intensive Program for Cadet School Selection: Duration depended to participants' needs.
I have experience teaching swimming from 2009-2011 and 2013-2017, during which I trained various age groups, helping them achieve swimming proficiency and preparing them for cadet school selection.
Target Audience for the Course
Children: Ages 6 and above, whether beginners or those looking to enhance skills or prepare for competitions.
Adults: All skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
Cadet School Candidates: A special program to meet swimming requirements for selection.
