I use a practical and progressive teaching method based on: Water adaptation Breathing control Floating and balance Movement coordination Proper swimming and diving techniques Lessons combine clear demonstrations, guided practice, and personalized feedback to ensure solid learning and confidence in the water. A typical lesson follows this structure: Warm-up and water adaptation exercises Technical drills (breathing, leg and arm movements) Guided practice of swimming or diving techniques Individual corrections and feedback Consolidation exercises and relaxation The lesson plan is always adjusted according to the student’s level and progress. Personalized teaching approach, not generic lessons Strong focus on safety and confidence Clear, patient, and effective communication Real tracking of student progress Practical experience in aquatic instruction My goal is not just to teach techniques, but to help students feel confident and safe in the water.
