I started off with a simple goal of losing a few kilos but was very paranoid to exercise considering my past injuries but met Zaid who is an excellent trainer and an expert in his field who not only trained me in a way which did you bother my lower back and wrist injury but also helped me strengthen the joints which completely healed them and I was able to get in good shape while learning a handstand and building my confidence to be levels
