Highly relational. The Socratic method (also known as method of Elenchus, elenctic method, or Socratic debate), is a form of cooperative argumentative dialogue between individuals, based on asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and to draw out ideas and underlying presuppositions. We work together to explore thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes. I work hard to create and protect a space where ideals can be shared with compassion allowing for nonjudgmental interactions where learning is safe and fun.
