As a Tech Lead in the information technology industry, my approach is always collaborative.
We first understand the challenges and objectives of the trainee, and then provide them with self study material and enthusiastic engagement.
The objective is to use a constructive mechanism in which the trainee can build the foundations of the subject they are on the journey to mastery.
My lessons are aimed at any level of trainee who wants go get more familiar and learn subjects on information technology, programming languages, software delivery automation, computer thinking. Lessons can be high level and beginner friendly, just as deep discussions on complex topics such as AI and security.
