About Shreeji
Hello! I’m Shreeji, and I’m passionate about helping students achieve their best through clear explanations, structured learning, and genuine support. I went to Westlake Girls High School and graduated in 2024 achieving top achievers scholarship awarded by The University of Auckland, alongside 2 NZQA scholarships in Physical Education and Health, and Digital Technologies. Currently I am studying a Bachelors of Biomedical Science at the University of Auckland. I believe every student is capable of success when given the right guidance, and my goal is to make learning feel manageable, engaging, and confidence-building. With strong experience across NCEA Math, Chemistry, Biology, and Junior School Science, English, and Math, I understand both the curriculum and the challenges students often face. I focus on creating a calm, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, practicing skills, and tackling difficult concepts step by step. Students can expect well-structured lessons, helpful strategies, and consistent support that builds both knowledge and confidence. I’m committed to helping learners feel empowered, capable, and ready to succeed.

As a tutor, I, Shreeji, focus on creating a learning environment where students feel confident, supported, and motivated. My teaching style blends clear explanations with practical examples, ensuring students truly understand the concepts rather than just memorizing them. Teaching Techniques & Methodology: I break down complex ideas into simple, manageable steps. I use worked examples, visual explanations, and exam-style questions to build understanding. Every lesson is personalized — I adapt the pace and style to suit each student’s needs. I focus strongly on NCEA assessment requirements, helping students understand how to achieve Merit and Excellence. I encourage questions, discussion, and active learning to keep lessons engaging and effective. Typical Lesson Length: Lessons are typically one hour long, with the option to extend for students who want more intensive support or exam preparation. Qualifications & Experience: I have strong academic experience across NCEA Math, Chemistry, Biology, and Junior School Science, English, and Math. I’ve supported a range of students through homework, exam revision, and internal assessments. My experience allows me to understand the challenges students face and tailor lessons that help them progress quickly and confidently. Who My Lessons Are For: NCEA Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 students in Math, English Chemistry, Biology and Digital Technology. Junior students (Years 7–10) needing support in Science, Math, or English. Students wanting to improve their grades, build foundational skills, or prepare for exams.
