About Poppy
I am Poppy Reynolds, an aspiring movement and sound artist who is known for her contagious smile and hard working attitude. I am overly determined to kick start my career as a choreographer and sound artist and I feel that my ingenuity needs to be passed on and shared. The mindfulness I receive from performing and creating really induces my inner ability to express myself and inspire people and I want to offer my intricate understanding of music and dance to others all over.
Through my eighteen years of musical background and my twenty years of dance experience I have endless ideas crashing around in my mind that are yearning to be exposed and I feel that I need to introduce myself to the world of movement and sound.

My genius and individual creativity is expressed through my technical knowledge, physical ability and outstanding musicality skills. I truly believe that dance and music are a form of therapy, on a personal level especially, a way to bring everyone together, with no judgement, a sense of community and guides smart thinking. This process of mine highlights the personal experience of an individual in my classes and allows them to access a part of them that is like second nature. An environment where you can do and say anything, look how ever you wish and find that inner ability.
