I know him for about 26 years. Since our first meeting I continuously follow his publications and his professional development. He is a very talented individual. His publications belong to the main stream of Management and they represent the highest possible standard of this area. Being Ranked among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in 2021 well represent this claim. In addition, he had many conference presentations in many countries. He also had a great number of graduate students which demonstrates that his advising work is also very successful. His English is very good both verbally and in writing. He is a very good team member; with whom it is always a pleasure to work. His lectures are always well organized and well presented, so he is definitely a very good teacher.
