About Adya
I am from India, WB. I have always loved dancing, but there's this thing that no one talks about: dance shouldn't be rote learning; it should be a performance where you're able to express yourself. Instead of copying trends, we have to start being comfortable in our own steps, and rather than just copying steps, you should be following choreographing steps that help us to express ourselves uniquely.

Dance shouldn't be just taught like rote steps and muscle memory. I believe it is something that should flow out of your soul. So I emphasize on the student's ideas and the way they imagine themselves dancing. I will give them the base of dancing and from thereon I will teach them how to express yourself through dance...
