About Mohammed
I am originally from India. I have studied high school in India, Pakistan and Iran. I completed my GCE 'O' & 'A' Levels in England, and graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Manchester. I worked as an instructor for Saudi Arabian Airlines, in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. I successfully completed a self-financed Private Pilot’s Licence course in the USA to enhance skills to teach pilot trainees. As ground school instructor, I taught Aviation Science and FARs to pilot trainees that successfully prepared them to pass their FAA Private Pilot's Licence written exam in the USA. Project leader of the team that set up a successful programme, for maintenance trainees, towards their A&P certification in the USA. As mentor, I evaluated trainees' performances, completed assessment reports and counselled trainees regarding performance and attitude, to enable them to improve performance and fulfil the expectations required of them. Promoted to Training Specialist, I worked with management to assess training needs, develop and continually update training courses. Developed and conducted courses in MS Windows, MS Office, graphics software, spreadsheets, database applications, technical training and people development. All training ensured that course content fulfils all needs to achieve employees’ development priorities, enhance users’ skills, improving work practices and productivity; fulfilling the corporate mission statement. During my career, I ensured self-development priorities, to increase my knowledge, enhance my skills and proficiency, improving work practices and productivity. I attended training courses and seminars in-house and overseas, towards professional self-development. Computer competency, in MS Windows, MS Office, Spreadsheets and Graphics software. Active in sports, an avid traveller, enjoy cooking and active in social work. As a trainer, I want to be a building block in the knowledge base of a person, young or old. To develop people and instil in them the self-confidence to make a positive success of their lives and be an integral and beneficial member of society; promoting independence, compassion and a sense of belonging.
