About Jenn
I am a licensed dental hygienist certified in local anesthesia. I graduated from hygiene school in 2021 (yes, that means I was in hygiene school during the height of Covid). Prior to hygiene school, I completed my Associate's degree in General Studies. As a single mother, working full-time, I was able to complete both degrees and continue on to become a full-time hygienist. My eventual goal is to become a hygiene educator. Becoming a tutor is my first step toward that goal.

As a tutor, I am here to help you, the dental hygiene or prospective dental hygiene student, in any way I can with any subject I can: From periodontology to instrumentation, from radiology to dental materials. I will even try my best to answer any questions you have about what the day-to-day practice of dental hygiene is really like.
I would like to start a lesson by finding what our main focus for that session should be. You may have many questions about different subjects but, in my experience, it is best to approach things one bite at a time.
When it comes to memorizing things, I like to use techniques like Mnemonics, flash cards, linking, mind mapping and writing it down.
