About Arshmeet

I started teaching bhangra in 2019, since then I have been taking workshops across India. Now I have been living in Canada for the last 1.5 years and teaching in academies in the GTA area. I come from a background where I learned bhangra on live instruments.

About the lesson

I always try to teach my students the history behind the dance form, how it can reflect in your personality of being in a good spirit at all times. Bhangra is not just a dance form, it is a way of living life.
