About Mahmoud
I am an architect, illustrator, and philosopher with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Design, and an interdisciplinary Master's in Philosophy. I have been extensively exposed to the German, Spanish, and Egyptian approaches to architecture, and have worked as a university Teaching Assistant for three years where I have tutored design studios and theoretical courses that tackled multiple scales and topics. During those years, I have continuously adjusted myself to the varied challenges the students faced and the specific forms of guidance they needed. [Languages: English + Arabic]

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your architectural expertise, and whether you’re working with buildings, landscapes, urban spaces, or a combination of them all, I offer tailored guidance that ranges from foundational concepts to advanced insights. I would love to help you with design projects, where we get to touch upon principles of design and construction, articulating spatial experiences, and crafting aesthetic expressions. I can also work with you to tackle the theoretical and philosophical dimensions of architecture, and to enrich your conceptual and representational thinking. In addition, we can tackle your technical skills including architectural drawing, visualization, and using software tools. Together, we’ll refine your ideas, spark your creativity, and structure your research to tackle any design challenges you face, and be able to actualize your architectural visions.
