About Asia
I studied for many years dance, pretty much all the styles (hip-hop, ballet, modern, salsa, merengue, chacha, danceball exc) and I've also partecipate in a lot of stages and extra courses to learn more. My favorite part of my dance journey was teaching (kids and adults) and creating, letting them inspiring me and viceversa.

I love to create a connection, knowing my students better in order to help them through the class. That's way I like to change lessons, to adapt to the people that I have and what they like. Usually in my Dance classes we have some warm up, stretching, the base of some techniques and choreo combo. In yoga it's kind of different depends on the kind of class.
