About Norma Ximena
I am a Film and Audiovisual Production student who has just finished the fourth semester. I was interested in starting to give classes since I have been tutoring my neighbor and my cousins for some time now and I have liked it.
Similarly, last summer I worked at a summer camp in the US as a staff because my age did not allow me to apply as a counselor (21 years old). However, at the camp my bosses were so surprised with my level of English and my way of living with the girls that they invited me to be part of the camp as a counselor this year. For various reasons I could no longer attend, but I did not want to miss out on the opportunity to continue practicing my English. And what better way than teaching it?

I started learning English with the basics, grammar and vocabulary, and little by little I was introduced to reading, writing and then conversation.
I am interested in students beginning to generate their own ideas in the language they aspire to, which is why I think it is fundamental. That is why I spend a little time looking at vocabulary, some texts and audios and I intend to discuss them with my students in English. In the same way, I like to make it interesting for the students and therefore I like to look for material of interest to them.
My classes are for an audience that has already established the bases, an A2-B2 level is ideal. There is no age preference, since learning a language is different for everyone.
