About Harry
I’m Harry, an engineer with a passion for helping young people unlock their potential in Maths and Physics. I know how overwhelming these subjects can feel — but with the right support, they become powerful tools for future opportunities.
I studied Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough University, earning a First-Class degree, after achieving an A* in A-Level Maths and an A in Physics. I now work as an engineer at Jaguar Land Rover, applying these subjects every day to solve real-world problems.
Alongside my engineering career, I hold qualifications in sports coaching and have spent time teaching in schools and running summer camps. These experiences have shown me how to make learning enjoyable, build confidence, and adapt my approach to suit each student’s needs.
I tutor because I genuinely enjoy seeing students grow in confidence and ability — whether that’s tackling exam questions or understanding a topic that once seemed impossible. My goal is to help you feel prepared, supported and ready to achieve your best.

I help students build real confidence in Maths and Physics by breaking down tricky concepts into clear, simple steps. I adapt my lessons to each student’s needs, focusing on explaining topics in a practical way, using real-world examples from engineering and everyday life to make ideas stick.
I aim to create a friendly, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
My typical lessons last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on what works best for you. I teach GCSE and A-Level Maths and Physics, supporting students who want to boost their grades, prepare for exams, or simply build stronger skills and understanding.
