About Dylan
My name is Dylan, I want to teach maths because ever since I was a child growing up in a south asian household, maths was always a passion for me. I had a tutor from year 1 and moved onto secondary school content in year 4. I've got a burning passion for maths which I want to share and hopefully ignite in the current math students.

The way I teach is, I first need a curriculum for the student. I'll speak to them what they are confident with and what they're not. I'll prepare a test for them and if it goes well I can assist the student in going ahead of the curriculum helping them excel.
The lessons would be between 1 hour and 2 hours depending on the age and ability of the student. I care about the students and am more than happy to dedicate more time to less able students in order to help them surpass their peers. For the younger students an hour is all they need as I know a young person's attention span is very low so I confidently believe a solid hour once or twice a week will be perfect for them.
I am currently finishing year 12 moving onto year 13 I've achieved an A* in GCSE maths and I took my friend who is taking their gcse right now from a low C to in their most recent past paper I did with them a high A / low A*.
My target for students is going to be year 4 minimum and year 10 maximum the reason I want to tutor a year 10 maximum is because if a year 10 student wants to do work over summer it shows dedication to their subject and shows me they are willing to better themselves and get ahead of all of their peers as tutoring is a two way thing so a student proactive about their studies is perfect
