About Smriti
I’m currently a Biomedical Engineering student with a strong passion for Physics, Mathematics, and Astrophysics. I’ve always believed that these subjects are not just about formulas, they are powerful tools that help us understand the world and solve real-life problems. Many students find Physics and Math intimidating, and that’s exactly why I want to teach. My goal is to show that these subjects can be exciting, intuitive, and deeply rewarding, especially when approached with the right mindset.
I was lucky to have teachers who inspired my love for learning, and I hope to pass on that same spark. I want to help students build confidence, develop critical-thinking skills, and discover the joy of truly understanding a concept, not just memorising it. Teaching, for me, is a way to give back and to guide students toward a future where these skills become invaluable.

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you, your goals, gaps, and learning style – so we can design a study plan that truly works for you. My approach is flexible and interactive, with clear explanations, plenty of practice, and exam-focused tips and tricks. Lesson length depends on your needs, though for Maths and Physics I usually recommend at least a 1.5-hour weekly session. I have tutored O-level Physics and, having gone through the O-level exams myself, I understand how to score well. Above all, I aim to spark genuine interest in the subject and mentor you so that your motivation carries over to other areas of study too.
